September 2010 Soft Sealing Check Valve - CV5RBeginning from January 4, 2010 Miyawaki started the production of the stainless steel check valve CV5R. This type is equipped with a soft sealing valve seat made of NBR. Due to this seat it guarantees a very tight closing performance. The check valve can be used for cold and hot water. The maximum operating temperature is limited to 80°C. The check valve will operate until a maximum operating pressure of 1,6 MPa (230 psig). January 2010 Ductile Cast Iron Ball Float Steam Trap - G20The new ball float steam trap G20 is made of ductile cast iron. It will be delivered with sizes DN15-DN25 (1/2” – 1”) with threaded and with flange connections. The standard flange connections will be PN16/PN25 and ANSI class 150 RF. The trap is designed for a max. operating pressure of 2,1 MPa (305 psig) and a max. operating temperature of 220°C (428°F). The trap is equipped with a membrane capsule air vent. The trap will be delivered for 3 pressure ranges (-5, -8 and –21). The trap is designed for horizontal installation only. November 2009 Cast Steel Ball Float Trap - GTH12Miyawaki started the production of the cast steel ball float trap GTH12. The trap can be used for a very wide pressure range. Miyawaki is offering the trap for 5 pressure ranges (-5, -16, -25, -32, -45), so that the trap can be used for high pressure applications up to a maximum differential pressure of 4,5 MPa (652 psig), allowing operating pressures up to 5,0 MPa (725 psig). The trap is equipped with a bimetallic air vent and an internal strainer. The type GTH12 is designed for horizontal installation. Download |
